Job Description

The successful applicant will be in charge of the restaurant, its staff, procedures, customers, and facilities while the General Manager is absent. Typically the hours of work will be during the evening/dinner hours but will be variable as needed. Weekends and holidays will be required occasionally and will be rotated with other managers. He or she will be able to resolve the concerns of customers and/or employees with calmness and efficiency. Office responsibilities may be required. May be called in with no prior notice.

Pay depends on qualifications, experience, and finalized job description.

Qualifications

-Must have valid drivers license, auto insurance, and ability to drive own vehicle

-Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

-Must have the ability to bend, stand, and kneel

-Must be able to continuously stand for long periods of time

-Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and have the flexibility to work between 7:00am-10pm

-Must be able to handle money with trustworthiness

-Must be able to resolve scheduling issues

-Must be competent in computers, email, social media, and Microsoft Office

-Experience in restaurant kitchen and front of the house preferred
